Bidding Guidelines

We develop the General Administrative Guidelines (general aspects, regulations, technical conditions, etc.) as well as the Special Administrative Guidelines (deadlines, fees, format and warranty amount, etc.) required by the client. We also provide the model construction contract to be reviewed by the owner’s legal or consulting department and develop the Official Item List Proposal.
